Giving yourself ten minutes a day will build the stamina you need to create strength. When you take time out of your day to lift the weights you are adding years to your life. Many people say that you have to workout for 30 minutes even 60 minutes a day to get results. Although this is true, you do not need to push yourself so hard in the beginning.
With work taking most of your day along with the demands of adult responsibility you can find ten minutes. Jogging in place. Lifting a 10 lbs weight. Doing a ten minute Zumba class. There are many different ways to engage in your quick start ten minute workout. The energy you will feel will be worth the investment!!
