5 Simple Exercises to Strengthen and Tone Your Arms

Getting that upper body strength will be easier than you think. When you start your morning with your ten minute workout get your arms in order. You want to be able to hold all the duties of the day with confidence and poise.
I recommend five of the easier methods to start. You'll want to have sets with intervals of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. The five I would recommend to start with would be: Push ups, Rent over rows, Plank ups, Renegade Rows and Down Dog plank. Once you get a routine going you will learn to increase your sets!!
